Returns
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date.
1. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
2. A re-stocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) will be assessed on all returns.
3. Items must be repacked with original packing material and returned in original carton.
4. Mosaics removed from their cardboard backing will not be accepted for refund.
5. Your return must include the packing slip.
6. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
7. The refund will be issued to the card you used after we receive your mosaic.
